Studio Four accommodates all students that are 18 years of age or over from any university and any country in the world. But please note that you should be:
- a student who is taking a full-time course of study
- a student on an organised study abroad programme
- a student enrolled full-time in a language school
- or a student conducting a work placement course as part of a degree-granting programme
- 18 or over at the time of check-in
Submit a booking fee of £250 to reserve your place with us. We will then get in touch on September 1st to arrange your payment schedule.
Payment options
- One time annual charge (save 5% getting you two weeks rent free!)
- Split over three payments in October, January and April
- Monthly paid from 1st October (3% admin fee applies)
Complete the online Application Form and submit your booking fee of £250. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
You will need to show proof of studies from your university by way of your acceptance letter. We would also need you to send us a digital passport photo for your key card ID and a photocopy of your passport (and Visa if required) for identification.
Studio Four will need to receive all these documents prior to check-in and you can send them to us electronically. Please note that we will also need your signed contract with us prior to check-in.

You only need to pay a £250 booking fee to secure the room with us. The remaining payments for your stay are then divided into 3 instalments
Our building can house a large amount of students but for your own safety and security we have some limitations and guest policies in place.
You can have 3 guests at once visiting during the day between 8am and midnight. And you can have 8 overnight guest stays a month; this can be taken all in a row or spread across the month.
However, you can’t have more than one overnight guest at once and all guests must be 18 years of age or over.
Your visitors must bring a photo ID with them so you can sign them in at our security desk. If not, unfortunately we cannot allow them access to the residence.
You can of course clean your room yourself. But if you’re not a fan of cleaning, we can offer you a selection of room cleans from £20 up to £80 by a member of our Housekeeping staff. Easy-peasy!
You can choose from Standard, Premium and Check Out cleans. Please check with a member of staff at reception when you check-in.
Almost everything is included in the rate, there are just a few bits and bobs in addition.
We provide a laundry room with coin-operated machines.
If you are in need of bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment/utensils you can buy them through us.
TV’s are not provided in-room but if you don’t want to miss out on your favourite TV show you can bring your own.
The TV connects to a centralised cable system and you will also need to purchase a TV license.
No, connections are available to setup a dedicated BT phone line if required at additional costs.
es you can, but we can only offer this if there is still space available and you have a valid reason. Please bear in mind that different rooms are offered at different prices and it may be that you’d have to pay a different rate to occupy a different room.
The rates are based on a number of things, e.g. size of the room, location in the building and availability. You can contact our reservations team for more information.
How many students does it take to change a light bulb? At Studio Four, it’s none because you’ll have maintenance staff for that.
On-site five days a week and on emergency call out at weekends, the maintenance team will also be able to sort out all those pesky plumbing jobs, electrical fixes, and repairs in your room and the communal areas.
